I know the last comments were from 4 years ago, but I did want to mention something. You can still do this glitch, just like the mew glitch, if you haven't fought the guy in the grass in Cerulean City, where the abra spawn. Perform the menu/fly in front of the guy, fly to Celedon City to cycling road, fight the same cue ball guy shown in the video, and instead of flying back to Lavender Town, fly to Cerulean City and go to the nugget bridge. Hitmonlee will proceed to spawn. I hope this helps anyone else that comes across the video.😊
